1. Credit Evaluation – Direct Channel Customers

   Customer Interaction

   Market awareness

   Interaction with Major / Global account Customers

   Dealers’ Stock & Sell Orders Clearance.
6. 
   Documentation for order cancellation
7. 
   Keeping track of Location/Region Outstanding
8. 
   Coordination with Bill Collectors.

   Coordination with Collection Agency.
10. 
    CMS – Handling Banking Activities.
11. 
    Dealer / Customer Account Reconciliation.

    Follow up of Overdue Debt.

    Dealer / Customer Queries
